Service and availability
Bulin 47 Viral is an independent photo-to-video tool. The studio and pricing page show current availability, output settings and credit cost. Development previews and sandbox checkout do not accept real payments. A preview or a configured API connection is not a guarantee of output quality or permanent availability.
Who may use it
You must be at least 18 and able to agree to these terms. Keep your account secure and provide accurate information. Use photos of yourself or adults whose permission you have obtained. Do not submit someone else’s private material without authorization.
Acceptable use
Do not create deceptive impersonations, non-consensual intimate content, exploitation, harassment, fraud or unlawful material. Do not use a celebrity or public figure’s likeness without permission, or imply an endorsement. Do not bypass access controls, automate abusive submissions or try to access another person’s files. Label shared AI edits so viewers understand they are generated.
Your content and generated output
You retain your rights in your input and authorize us and our processing providers to use it to fulfill your request. You must have the necessary rights to upload and share the material. AI output may contain errors or vary between attempts. Exact identity, hands, motion, backgrounds, lip sync and an original soundtrack are not guaranteed. A download does not grant rights to third-party music, performances, trademarks or likenesses.
Credits and payment
Where enabled, credit packs are one-time purchases with no automatic renewal. The current generation cost is displayed before submission. Credits are reserved when a task starts and settled against its result. Purchased credits have no scheduled expiry unless the offer says otherwise; account deletion forfeits unused credits. Credits are not cash and cannot be transferred. Payment fulfillment depends on verified payment confirmation, not merely visiting the return page.
Failures, restrictions and changes
A confirmed uncharged provider failure releases eligible reserved credits. If provider billing or output is unclear, the task remains under review. If processing has incurred a provider charge, an unsuccessful or blocked result is not automatically free. We may restrict misuse and investigate disputed transactions. Material policy changes will be reflected in the updated date. Nothing here limits rights that applicable consumer law does not allow us to exclude.
