A video is delayed or failed
Include the task ID or saved task link from My videos. If submission is unconfirmed, use Recover my submitted task or Check status before making another request. A pending task may already be processing; sending it again with a new request can create another charge.
Payment or missing credits
Include the order ID or Stripe receipt and the approximate purchase time. Payment confirmation may arrive after you return from checkout. Check Billing before paying again. Credits and payment-card refunds are handled separately.
Privacy, consent or copyright
Send the relevant page or task URL, describe your concern, and explain your relationship to the material. For a rights claim, identify the work and provide a way to contact you. We may request enough information to verify the request before removing data or restricting access.
