What happens if a generation fails?
A confirmed uncharged failure releases eligible reserved credits. If the provider's billing or result is unclear, the task stays under review to avoid charging twice. Released credits are not a refund to your payment card.
Where will I find my finished video?
Open My videos to check task progress, preview your result and download the MP4. You can also reopen a saved task link. Files are kept for seven days; download anything you want to keep.
