Local previews and submitted photos
Choosing a photo first creates a local browser preview. We upload it only when you explicitly submit a generation request. We do not save photo bytes in browser storage. A task request key, uploaded-file identifier and account identifier may be kept in session storage so the same task can be recovered after a refresh. These records are removed after a confirmed submission or when the tab’s session ends.
Accounts and essential records
When accounts are available, we process your account identifier and email to authenticate you, provide private files, and maintain task, credit and billing records. Neon provides the database and authentication service; Google receives login information if you choose Google sign-in. Your profile and task history are not a public gallery.
Generation, hosting and payments
Submitted images and reference media are sent to KIE for processing with MiniMax H3. KIE may use its model partners to generate the result. Cloudflare provides hosting and private file storage. Stripe handles checkout and payment details when payments are enabled; we do not receive your full payment-card number. Transactional email may be sent through our configured email provider. Each provider’s own privacy and retention practices apply to its systems.
Retention and deletion
Our private uploaded files and saved outputs are scheduled for deletion after seven days. Download results you want to keep. Deletion runs periodically, so removal is not immediate at the exact expiry time. Request account deletion in My videos or contact support. We retain minimal billing, credit and security records where needed for reconciliation, fraud prevention or legal obligations. Removing an account does not automatically refund a payment or erase provider backups.
Cookies and third-party links
Essential authentication cookies keep you signed in. An appearance cookie remembers your theme for up to one year. With your permission, Google Analytics measures visits to public pages using pseudonymous browser identifiers and device information. Analytics cookies expire after 90 days, renewed on use. We do not send your email, photos, prompts, private video links or account pages to Analytics. Advertising personalization and automatic form tracking are disabled. Choose Essential only to decline, or change your choice using Cookie settings in the footer. The original excerpt and poster are served by this website; playing them does not load an Instagram embed. Opening an external source sends ordinary browser connection information to that site.
Your choices and security
Use only your own photo or a consenting adult’s photo. Files are accessed through authenticated, owner-checked endpoints. You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, subject to identity verification and applicable exceptions. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.
